A substantial renovation reoriented this Egremont house around its 360-degree views of the Catskill and Berkshire ranges. Interior walls were removed to open the main level into long, uninterrupted runs of space, finished with concrete floors and reclaimed wood beams.
Part of the existing garage was reworked into a mudroom, powder bath, laundry, and storage, giving the house the function it lacked while keeping the living areas open.
