Designed by Studio KO, Paris, this villa rises above the solid ledge of a Berkshire hillside, its spaces shaped by the contrast between raw stone, warm oak, and glass.
An 18-by-42-foot oak curtain wall opens the living room to the forest, framing the woods as a panorama. Alander serves as architect of record and builder, guiding the Paris design through engineering, documentation, and construction.
