Baldwin HIll Cottage
RESIDENCE in Egremont, MA
A Federal period post and beam structure, restored with modern finishes. A series of later additions was removed from the back of the house, and a new structure was built in their place.
Designed and built by Alander, the cottage keeps its early frame at the center of a home made for contemporary living.
