Roman Montano


Roman Montano has over 25 years of project and construction management experience including high-end residential, commercial, mixed-use and complex historical restoration projects.

Over the course of his career, Roman has been responsible for the completion of projects with precise attention to difficult construction details and management of daily tradesman with nearly impossible project schedule deliverables.  

Roman is responsible for the daily management, supervision, coordination and successful completion of projects to meet time and cost objectives with respect to contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding and contract administration functions.  


Ian Rasch


Ian Rasch has over 17 years of real estate development and construction management experience, including historical restorations, mixed-use development, private campus renovation and new construction, retail and restaurant and high-rise construction.  

In his former position as Vice President and Director of Development at Allegrone Construction Company, Inc., Ian oversaw the firms full range of real estate planning, development and investment activities.  In this role, Ian brought extensive experience in redeveloping urban infill projects and repositioning under-utilized properties into award-winning mixed-use, transit-oriented developments.  

Prior to joining Allegrone Construction Company, Inc., Mr Rasch was a Principal at Propeller Group in New York City where he revdeloped and repositioned a number of underutilized properties into high-end residential units, commercial space, and artistic performance space. Previously, he was a Senior Project Manager at Turner Construction in New York where he worked on The Hearst Tower, an award winning, 46-storey USGBC LEED Gold certified commercial high-rise,

The Memorial Sloan-Kettering Breast and Imaging Center and The Verdesian Residential Towner- the first residential high-rise in the United States to achieve Platinum LEED Status.

Ian holds a M.S. in Real Estate Finance and Construction Management from NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate and is a licensed real estate broker.
